Bridesmaids Social custom orders all dresses and accessories. That means the designer will cut, dye, and create the dress of your choice in your selected color/size once we place the order. Therefore, these items are FINAL SALE and there are no returns or exchanges. No refunds on deposits. All dresses are cut in accordance to the designers size chart and not made to your exact measurements.

 

Any problems/issues with your dress (dress defects, size problems, etc.) should be reported to Bridesmaids Social within 14 days of receiving your dress. We highly recommend trying on your dress as soon as you receive it.

 

As soon as you have been notified that your dress has arrived, we do ask that dresses be picked up 2- weeks after arrival. We charge a $25 storage fee if dresses are picked up after the 2- week period. We can also ship dresses and we allow for persons outside of the bridal party to pick up. A sign out sheet must be filled out at time of pick-up. No Appointment Needed.
