Boutique Policies

Bridesmaids Social custom orders all dresses and accessories. That means the designer will cut, dye, and create the dress of your choice in your selected color/size once we place the order. Therefore, these items are FINAL SALE and there are no returns or exchanges. No refunds on deposits. All dresses are cut in accordance to the designers size chart and not made to your exact measurements.

 

Any problems/issues with your dress (dress defects, size problems, etc.) should be reported to Bridesmaids Social within 14 days of receiving your dress. We highly recommend trying on your dress as soon as you receive it.

 

As soon as you have been notified that your dress has arrived, we do ask that dresses be picked up 2- weeks after arrival. We can also ship dresses and we allow for persons outside of the bridal party to pick up. A sign out sheet must be filled out at time of pick-up. No Appointment Needed.

We pride ourselves in the unique experience offered to our brides and bridal parties with our 2-hour long, private and BYOB bridesmaid dress shopping experience. Our time, especially on the weekends, is very valuable and we want to ensure that we're able to serve every group this wants to do business with us. Because of this, we do ask that you pay a $50 Appointment Fee for our Bridesmaids Viewing Appointments. This fee will be charged at the end of your appointment if no dresses are purchased. If your party purchases bridesmaids dresses, this fee will absolutely be waived. Please note that we offer Complimentary Pre-Planning Appointments so you, the bride, can come in prior to your Bridesmaids Viewing Appointment and make sure that you like the selections that we have to offer.
